I had started the modification process for my 2 properties in October 2013. I called their office a couple of times, and unfortunately I was never able to talk to anyone to ask about my case. On April 2nd I received a called from [redacted] he was doing his courtesy calls to find out how was my experience and how satisfy was I with the recent loan modification with them, at that time I was really upset to the fact that in their system it showed up that I paid over $2100.00 for each of my mortgage but yet he couldn't see that NO ONE from his office ever called me to help or to modify my loans. The 1st time I was able to talk to the person handling my case([redacted] was on April 11th. now one of my mortgage is denying partial payments for my account. The office in deed is very rude to customers no one knows anything but the person handling your account, however this person IS NEVER AVAILABLE.
