I, [redacted] ***, [redacted] of Julio's Motors, LLC, thought I responded to this complaint via this Revdex.com message system but since it was done via [redacted] , maybe it didn't get received Nonetheless, this issue was resolved by the buyer when she came to pay the tax title license that was owned to the state of Texas for the [redacted] she purchased Conveniently for her, she took care of it exactly days after purchasing the car, even though she signed a contract purchasing the vehicle "as is, no refunds, no warranties, no guarantees" promised she would pay the TTL within days of the purchase The TxDMV generated temporary buyers' tag is only valid for days, so the buyer had to come and take care of the TTL payment and sign the title and transfer application in order to continue driving the car with valid plates and registration Again, she complains the car is in dangerous driving conditio, but clearly she continues to drive it since her timelien for paying the TTL perfectly coinsides with the expiration of her temporary tag Additionally, the [redacted] Laura purchased from us was inspected by a certified inspection station in Travis county the morning before she purchased the car, so there is no basis for complaint of the condition or safety of the year old vehicle she purchased after test driving and inspecting the car herself Unfortunately, this complaint was filed by a buyer that was undersatisfied with her purchase and frustrated she didn't have money to pay for the TTL This buyer had several payment issues leading up to the day of her final payment and possession of the car, but I will leave those details out unless further conversation is requested for this complaint

I am rejecting this response because: I took the vehicle in to be checked because the engine warning light came on, and they did an entire checkup and was given a readout of the numerous issues that were wrong with the vehicle Specifically what is most of concern for me is that the boot needs repair because it can cause the tire to come apart and dangerous and the oil pan gaskets and valve cover need replacement indicating there is an oil leak and it still needs to be looked at further because they need to see what exactly is causing the leak, my concern is that it may indicate a problem with the engine in its entirety ,therefore I was told the vehicle would not pass inspection, amongst other issues such as replacing other things like the windshield wipers, tires and batteries. I have not driven the vehicle due to these issues, and when I have had to I am taking risks on the road and I do not drive far and doing park and ride taking public transportation because I have to meet obligations such as school and without this vehicle I do lack reliable transportation that I need to be able to also get to workI was unable to purchase the TTL on time because the job I had is having some issues with the paychecks and I did not get it in the time I was expecting it, to no fault of my own, so I did let them know the date I was expecting funds in my bank account. All I am asking for is if they would work with me on the main issues on the vehicle that would endanger my life or the life of the vehicle. I would like to see a copy of that inspection
