I am rejecting this response because:We were told we would get a refund? Have not heard anything back from this business? It may have been a referral, but it was in Julion's Hauling name, and therefore Julion's Hauling unfortunately bears the responsibility of giving us a refund? We really should be entitled a full refund, because the a/c was not fixed at all? We had to hire someone else to fix it? We are intending to leave a bad review on *** *** as well, because our experience was terrible? $is a lot of money to pay for something that is not repaired

After I received info on complaint I call customer([redacted] is husband's name whom I always did bizness with) told was saddened by complaint without calling me 1st and I told him that I wud in good faith return to him the $286 that he paid to another repairman that fixed the ac unit.he said he wud talk...
with his wife n respond back.(been over a month n yet to hear from him) I just referred him to someone I didn't do actual repair just a referral
