Review: I am reporting this business Julio's Car Wash located on[redacted] Phone Nigh One Four Five Nigh Two Two Seven Eight Two. This business is lacking any policies regarding work place safety and insurance car damage policies during using the facility for car wash. Workers are lacking communication skills as they speak only Spanish which make it very difficult to communicate with them during the service. I am also suspecting illegal worker violation by the employer. [redacted] when asked to repair a damage happened to a vehicle, acted in a nonprofessional nasty way and denied any repair. I am requested to investigate this business and evaluate for standard of service that is providingDesired Settlement: Driver side mirror was damaged and was replaced at my own expense at a cost of $30. I am asking the [redacted] to take responsibility and pay $30 for the damaged mirror.
