The only thing the customer came to the store was to replace the battery on a old watch that was already brokenWhen I placed the new battery and sealed the back, I pulled the stem to set the time and it
came out already brokenThe customer falsely accused me of breaking it and said I should be liableEverything was done in front of the customerIf she wants to fix it there will be a charge of $(new stem and crown) plus $(new battery)

The vendor must have a little amnesia, because he is altering the truthI have attached a copy of the receipt for work which was performed on the other watchThe vendor added an extension link to the band of the watch and tightened the claspAfter we debated the issue regarding the other watch's stem, he attempted to pull off the extension until I snatched the watch away from himWhen I asked "what are you doing?", he replied he thought because I wasn't satisfied with one product, that I didn't want eitherIn his reply he also states that the work was done in front of the customerIf you visit the store, you will see that each of the repair vendors has a separate desk that is away from direct view of the customers, therefore denying any customer direct access to view what is being done to their propertyI'm sure breaking the watch stem was accidental, but in order to maintain good business relationships with their customers, Julio's should stand by their workmanship
