Review: This company does not relay information appropriately, will not stand behind quotes, and has some of the worst customer service that I have ever experienced. I spoke with two separate customer service representatives in addition to the owner. It is very clear to me that the owner sets the tone for the staff. It is apparent that they have enough business that our account is not important to them, but they have certainly lost a customer for life. As a custom architectural millwork company, we were looking forward to developing a lasting relationship with Julius Blum.Desired Settlement: We would love to place a small order at the cost that was quoted to us, in addition to speaking to someone who would be interested in marketing their products with us so that we could make their products available to our clients in [redacted] Unfortunately based on speaking with the owner directly, I am doubtful that this would ever happen.
