Hello –Just wanted to give you an updateNot sure if you were able to get in contact with [redacted] .I had Kenmore come out to my house on Saturday to look at the fridgeThey ordered the part and will be here on Saturday to install[redacted] called me on Saturday around 6pmI told him that I hired Kenmore and hopefully it will be covered under the manufacturer warrantyIf not then I will be asking him to pay the bill of the problem is resolved.I will keep you in the loop after this weekend.Thank you

certainly called to report an issue with his appliances that he purchased from our company, Our technician came out and check the units then he found out it was one part missing on one unit And one more part needed to be replaced ,mr *** , agreed that the parts needed to be order , after we call our parts provider mr *** agreed that it was going to take some time to get the parts because one of the parts was on backorderafterwards Mr*** called couple times to get an update about his parts Unfortunately parts stilled on backorder at that time When we finally get the parts from provider we try to get in contact with Mr *** ,after couple intent to do The final repair had to be reschedule from mr *** according to our receptionist , in one of the calls to reschedule from his part we understood that mr *** was going to to call us back once he make some time to be able to receive our tech to complete the service Until this past September that we receive a Revdex.com complaint from Mr*** stating that the warranty service was not honoredafter checking all our records , we call Mr*** on September to let them know that it was a big misunderstandingwe let them know that the parts had arrive Long ago and we was able to schedule a service call to finish and honor the warranty ,and the most important thing to get his appliances fixedHe agreed that it was huge misunderstanding and he schedule service for September 20th on September he called back again to let us know that he had to reschedule one more time due to a personal matter The reschedule service day is set for Friday sep 22nd So we are looking forward to provide Mr*** A first class service he deserves on September We always appreciate Revdex.com and Mr*** *** mediation for this important matters

But we understand, case some costumers may loose their recipe so we have to go base on our copy. since we are committed with the best costumer service and the unit when out of warranty, as a courtesy we offer an exchange for unit on equal value. I spoke with a representative from the business, I believe to be named [redacted].  During our discussion [redacted] stated the female that originally told me there was no lifetime labor warranty on the appliance was wrong. He told me the female representative was new at appliance store and I am in fact correct, Julius Sewing and appliance does offer lifetime labor warranty.[redacted] explained he would like to offer me another refrigerator of equal value. He instructed me to bring in the current one and leave for 2-3 days, then they will give me one of same value. I agreed to this.Subsequently, [redacted] did ask me why I "said that about the serial number on the Fridge". I would like to clarify for the record. I complained about the serial number because  the appliance technician (from Geek Appliance in Sacramento) I hired to diagnose the appliance brought it to my attention. The Technician was searching for the corresponding parts for this refrigerator and came across the serial number being removed. He expressed to me, you are not supposed to possess any appliances with removed serial numbers. I am not a lawyer, I do not know.I have to make arrangements for someone to haul the refrigerator to the appliance store for the exchange, this may delay the process. I would like humbly request the case remain open, until transaction is complete. This way I can rest assured it will go smoothly.Thank you for your assistance.
