WORST POOL COMPANY EVER!
The owner, Greg *** is very dishonest and unprofessional His work crew he sent to do our pool remodel completely destroyed our pool He has ONE unskilled guy that did the entire tile job on our pool The tile is uneven, the grout is cracking out, broken tile pieces were used and they have sharp edges that we must avoided in order to not get cutThe light fixture was not replaced properly leaving almost a inch gap, the skimmers were not
re-grouted, water leaked out of our pool at an alarming rate the water leak was so bad that the dirt under the decking eroded away causing the decking to collapse, which in turn caused the coping to lift and become dislodged, which in turn the tile started breaking offDuring this time, Mr *** would not return any text messages or phone calls I tried countless times to get a hold of him to come back to fix our pool and he never acknowledged meBottom line, he took $12,from us and we never saw him again We had to pay another pool company to com and fix our pool and restore it back to working orderI sued Mr Greg *** in small claims court and won the entire judgementI still have not heard from him and he has not paid the judgement
