Review: This is the most horrible business I have ever encountered!!!! They were sent into our home by Orleans home builders to do our year warranty dry wall repairs. The man that came spoke not one word of English which would have been fine with me if he did a good job. However my house which I want to state is a half of million dollar home was left a disaster!!! He spilled spackel all over our carpets and left drywall dust everywhere! There was spackel on my granite countertops, on my lamps, cabinets, and tile floors and my grand staircase!!! I took pictures to document everything. When I called yo complain to the owner she was soooo rude and told me Orleans sent her the pictures and it looked like paint all over everything and not spackel and so they didn't do it. We have never had a painter in our home as Orleans tells you not to paint until after your year warrantee so that they can fix all the nail pops and cracks as the house settles. She refused to come back out and fix anything or admit that it was her workers. To say the least I am so disappointed and upset that this has happened a few weeks from the holidays and our house is a disaster! Not to mention now we have to hire someone else to finish their job. I would never recommend this company or trust the workers who I'm sure aren't legal.I hope this article helps someone else!Desired Settlement: For them to compensate for their destruction which we have pictures of.
