Dear Revdex.com,Honestly I'm not going to still back and forth with [redacted] , I'm a professional, I have been over years with my business and never but never before had a complaint of my clientsThe job were done, this lady received photos as update while the case was running, this lady received video by email and also more photos [redacted] is free to proceed the way she think is the best and yes, [redacted] mentioned that I don't answer her phone calls and I want o ler her know that I will not answer or talk to a person that called me by text "scammer"Thanks Revdex.com for your try, I appreciate the effort but with people like [redacted] I don't waste my time

Revdex.com: I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted] , and have determined that this proposed action would not resolve my complaint For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below I ejected to dismiss this because I have no received what I paid for which is the certificate of completion and report and video that is needed for my court day [redacted] told me that he mailed the information certified mail and I never received anything by mail from hm and he avoided all my calls and text messages regarding the matter for weeks once I reached him from a friends phone and different phone number he hung up on me and told me to never try that again to avoid harm to myself I am not sure why he decided not to send the documents to me which I paid in full for When I receive the proper documents that I will need in court I will drop the matter Regards, [redacted]

Dear Revdex.com:First of all my name is *** no ***, the lady *** *** who is complaint about my service is wrongI did several things that any other Private Investigator will do, for example I charge her $to take pictures and video of her husband working, I
charged her that amount that is basically a ridiculous amount because I drove hours to her husband job place which means hours round trip plus the hours on site taking video and photosNo one but No one will do that for less than $1,dollars but I did the exception with her because I understand that no everyone can afford Private Investigator services and I always try to be fair with my clientsThe job was done as requestedI was in contact all the time with *** *** while the investigations was running, I text pictures from the workplace and the next day I emailed *** *** the photos and video. The week after the case, I mailed *** *** the video on photos, it's took a week because *** *** stated that she was out of town and asked me to wait untill she gets back*** *** stated she did not receive the mail, *** *** use another person with a phone number with *** area code to text me that I'm a Scammer and now she dare to say that I'm threatening her by text? Unbelievable. Of course is possible that she did not receive the mail, but, I sent her by email the video and photos that was what she requestedThis lady mentioned also that I'm not licensedAny person are free to verify my license in *** of ***, any person feel free to verify that I'm bonded and insured as well and any person feel free to verify if there's any other complaint in my over years experience

No one but No one will do that for less than $1,000.00 dollars but I did the exception with her because I understand that no everyone can afford Private Investigator services and I always try to be fair with my clients.
