Jump 4 Adan

Review: I had a party for my sons birthday on May 3 2014. I called jump 4 Adan about 3-4 weeks ahead to order 3 tables 18 chairs and a jumper. They told me it would be there on may 3 between 11am-12pm. Well at 1130 I called to get a guess as to how long before they made it. Then I was told she would call back. I had to call back and she said they were running late but asked what time the party started so she could rush them. Again I called back to speak to a manager and she told me he was out delivering. But that another driver was on the way by this time it was 12pm and the other driver was to be there at 1215pm well at 1230 I called back because he wasn't there. But the lady stopped answering my calls any more. At 1245 the driver showed up but with just a generator and told me the other driver was on the way. By then the office still wasn't answering my calls and once the people got there with everything my guest had started to arrive I told them I shouldn't have to pay for this service and I was told no. But since I needed it for my food and guest we gave them the money. I asked for a number to the boss and was told no. So they were beyond late with no phone call from them but they where on time picking up their stuff.Desired Settlement: I want a refund in cash just like I paid them and an apology.

Review: I work for a non-profit private school. We have used this company a few times and haven't had a problem until this past SUNDAY. They called to tell me they were running 20 minutes late. We only rented a jumpy for 3 hours for a school event. They ended up being an hour late. They called me a few times and were completely rude and inappropriate. I asked for the owner to call me and they said he was too busy too call me. I called the business line and left a message and still haven't heard from them. They would only discount us $10 for them being an hour late. They have NO CUSTOMER SERVICE, ARE EXTREMELY RUDE, and have no consideration for their customers satisfaction.Desired Settlement: I think we deserve more than a $10 discount. We only got to use the bounce house and generator for 2 hours and were charge $165. I think we should have gotten at least $50 taken off. Not only were they late, but the drivers were extremely rude to me on the phone and had no customer service whatsoever.
