This company is completely unprofessionalThey totally ruined our kid's birthday partyWe had ordered chairs and a moonwalkThe owner showed up the day of the party without the chairs, and unwilling to set up the moonwalk in our backyard as plannedThe owner and his wife were aggressive and had a horrible attitudeWe have a degree inclination in our driveway, and they argued that because their website says that they won't set the equipment up or down a large hill, they couldn't set it up in our backyardA degree angle is hardly a hill, let alone a large hill! Furthermore, if they had backed up their truck all the way to the end of our driveway (as we suggested), there would have been no inclination at all (completely flat), but they refused to do that tooWhen we found ourselves unable to reason with them, we suggested an alternate location down the street (our community center) to try to compromise with them, asking only that they would be punctual to pick up the equipment at the end of the party (as the location is not a secured area)At that point they said we had way too many demands and leftFor us that meant a party without chairs, no moonwalk and a very frustrated young boyNot a reliable company, completely unreasonable, and certainly not the type of people you want to deal withVery rude people
