We have reviewed ***'s complaint and we agree with most of what she has claimedA very important point to mention is
that *** was called twice during the time when me and my team were making the decision on whether or not to closeThe inital call to *** was at 9:40amAs she mentioned she was very insistent about having her party at 1pm because that is what she paid forI then continued to talk to my team as well as my food vendor who was supplying the food for her partyThe decision was for us to closeWhen I spoke with *** I explained that the weather was extremely bad and was scheduled to get worse at 2pmHere response to me was that "it was just a little snow." When we spoke with the other party parents, they were disappointed but very understanding and they all rescheduled their partiesWe had multiple other parties booked for this day as well as being open to the public for open playShe was not our only eventI apologized for the inconvenience but she was still not pleasedI also offered to reschedule her party to another day and she said noHer full refund was processed the next day via a check and she called on 2/3/and said she would be in to pick up her refund and not to mail itShe came to the office on 2/4/and picked up her refundTherefore, we are unclear as to her request for a refund
The incident that occurred was very unfortunate, but the weather was considered an act of God which was beyond our controlThis was the only customer that we had an issue with

All I know if you look at the reviews on this place online NO I am not the only customer complainingI got my money and I have put the word out to anyone who think about having anything at this facilityinches of snow is an untruth but if it makes this so called owner feel better about herself and her business then so be itIts a shame when you have little mom n pop businesses you try to support but they need to take a class in customer service because I'm a firm believer in what you put out there is what you get back and when business is not doing so well don't ask why

On, August 30, 2016, I used a $bill while at this business with my year old grandsonThe manager told me that the bill was not recognized as legal by their device I immediately collected the bill and repaid the $ The next day, I returned to *** ***, where I had originally received the $billAfter telling them of my embarrassment, they rechecked the bill, then gave me two twenties and a tenSince I was near Jump and Jam, I decided to let them know that the bill was indeed legal The manager was out, so I left my phone number The manager had a staff member call me to say that as far as she was concerned the bill was still fake!! I am totally insulted!

Ms*** contacted our office about her child who attended a field trip that she was not present forWhen her son arrived with the school, our staff was informed that he was not months which meant that he was included with the
count of children who had to payShe later called and said he was months and wanted a refund for the field trip feeOur company was paid by the school at a field trip rateThe rate that Ms*** paid include other fees that I am not aware of that was charged by her child's schoolThe confirmation count was done the day before the tripThese are the children that were paid for and that we billed forShe contacted us after the field trip was over and I explained to her that it was confirmed by the adults in charge that the child had to payI am not sure what remedy she is looking forAs far as I am aware, my staff followed all of the appropriate rules as we always do with schools and fieldtripsThis is an issue that she may want to clear up with the school

When I spoke with the manager later that day, she informed me that she asked my son's ageThe daycare personnel informed her that he was year oldShe then proceeded to charge him for full admissionThe resolution I'm asking for is that the Jump n Jam facility change their policy to "under months free" versus "months and under free" seeing as though they do not honor the current policyIt would reduce confusion drastically, seeing as though my son should still be considered free until 8/28/when he turns monthsMore established and courteous businesses compensate when they are in the wrong, however that is not the case at hand
