Amazon $25 gift card was 70,000 credits. Now it is not available but if you save up 375,000 credits (this would take you forever) you can get a $100 gift card. So in summary, before you could save up 70,000 credits in a few months and get a $25 Amazon gift card. You could have gotten 4x$25 gift cards for 280,000 credits. Now you have to have 375,000 credits to get $100 in Amazon gift cards. LUCKTASTIC CHANGED GIFT CARD AMOUNTS AND IT COSTS YOU A LOT MORE IN CREDITS FOR THE SAME $ VALUE THAT YOU USED TO GET. My mother who is 79 years old lives doing scratch off. I installed this for her, to help pass her time and save up enough tokens to get a gift card. She saved up 45,000 tokens and was excited about getting a$10 CVS gift card. Well it kept telling her out of stock, so finally asked to see when it would be available. Here comes the.scam part of lucktastic. She has.to be.a VIP status. What the neck is VIP status? Well apparently Jump.Ramp Games decided when it if you get.the.status. Nothing documented at all about this. Not on Google play or their instant rewards page. They only places it in FAQ. BBB complaint has been filed along with a complaint.to Google needing to remove a possible.scam app. There are a lot more complaints coming. Should be legal action filed too. There is no customer service response anymore. Looks like the app will be shutting down. Also filing complaints with some of there.sponsors and gift card places like Amazon CVS Wal-Mart mart. They need to know this because.their name is involved

Review: This is a bait and switch scam. I have used the program for two months, saving up to redeem a reward for 25,000 points for a $25 Amazon gift card. Now that I have nearly enough points to redeem the gift card, Lucktastic has drastically increased the # of points needed to redeem for this price, it has been raised to 75,000. This is a bait and switch scam, the company is attempting to keep users making them money, but refuse to pay out.Desired Settlement: The payout I have been saving for needs to be reinstated - 25,000 points for $25.

We rotate periodically the prizes that are available in the instant prize area. The $25 Amazon card that [redacted] refers to is no longer available for any token amount. Instead, we have several other prizes that users can use tokens to redeem instantly. Below is the current list of instant prizes and attached are screenshots from our app.

Review: It began last week. I downloaded Mobile Strike and was not credited with the 2,500 Tokens as stated by Lucktastic. I emailed back and forth with support and kept getting the promise that the tokens would be added. The problem got worse. Suddenly, after receiving an email that Tokens had been added I checked my account and the bulk of my 117,000+ tokens had disappeared leaving me a balance of 124 Tokens. I am just trying to get credit for Mobile Strike and now another new Aoo called Family Farm which is worth 400 tokens. Getting the deleted Tokens returned to my account is imperative. I have probably emailed support two dozen times and I get a canned response stating that not everyone wins when they scratch off a card!! What, I reply. My problem has NOTHING to do with winning or loosing or scratch cards. Same reply over and over.Desired Settlement: Token Credits in account
