Review: For the last couple of years I have been getting short power hits(they call them blinks) The last year it has been happening more frequent at a rate of once or twice a week. I don't mind having to set all the clocks each time, as much as my phone calls being lost. I dread to think of it happening when I'm doing a update or a back-up on my computer. Or if I'm on a 911 call. I call it in each time to a rep. of the company which is a recorded call. I suggested putting a voltage trap to help isolate the problem but to nothing comes of it. I'm constantly being told the SQUIRRELS are chewing the wires. I have told them they are not out around midnight having a snack. I don't have much faith that this will ever be looked at, but it feels good getting it done. I can justify a power outage because of lightning, of a pole getting knocked down, but not this. I am paying for a service and expect to get my moneys worth every week. May seem like a minor problem to some, but when I was working if I provided a service like I'm getting, I'd be out of a job.......Desired Settlement: Find out where the weak or defective section or equipment causing these power hits are and fix them. It is way past trying to blame squirrels for a problem that happens so frequent. I could see it once in a great while, NOT every week or two, and sometimes more that once in a week. I have been very patient especially this last year, not any more. I only hope if your laughing at this you will at least take my problem serious, and contact me. Thanks.....

Over many years the employees of JREC have manipulated control of JREC away from the member/owners. The elected Directors have been kept in the dark by a system where managers have controlled the board and what the board sees and hears. Every single procedure has been well thought out over the decades by employees and has been manipulated so employees are in control. Our electric costs are about 300.00 a year more than they would be if the employees had not manipulated things. Nepotism is rampant. The new board is fighting Nepotism but are having a hard time of it.
