I am rejecting this response because:This company never answers phone calls or e-mails; even though contact was made to them every single day for several weeks Their phone mailbox is indefinitely full, so you may never leave a message Placing an order online for an important event for a child and never knowing if it is available is stressful and extremely inconvenient I had to pay, in full, for two items It wasn't until weeks later that I finally received refunds for both items or received any notice that they were unavailable And I only received refunds because I had to continuously call and e-mail the company Again, extremely stressful and inconvenient This is unacceptable business conduct If the company is too small to handle the volume of customers, then it should practice business accordingly

I am rejecting this response because:This company never answers phone calls or e-mails; even though contact was made to them every single day for several weeks.  Their phone mailbox is indefinitely full, so you may never leave a message.  Placing an order online for an important event for a child and never knowing if it is available is stressful and extremely inconvenient.  I had to pay, in full, for two items.  It wasn't until weeks later that I finally received refunds for both items or received any notice that they were unavailable.  And I only received refunds because I had to continuously call and e-mail the company.  Again, extremely stressful and inconvenient.  This is unacceptable business conduct.  If the company is too small to handle the volume of customers, then it should practice business accordingly.

Review: I first ordered a bounce house from Jumper Guys almost 3 weeks in advance for my son's birthday. My account was immediately charged. I tried contacting the company to confirm by phone and e-mail; however, my calls and e-mails were never answered or replied to. Then, only several days before my son's birthday, I received a [redacted] notice that my rental was being cancelled because it was not available. In a panic, I tried calling the company many times; but, yet again, my calls and e-mails were ignored and never answered. So, I ordered a different rental through their website and was, again, immediately charged for the amount through [redacted]. Worried that the rental, again, would not be available for the party, I wanted to cancel the rental. However, I could not get ahold of the company, again. So, I had to use a different, reliable, company for a rental unit. But, still can not get ahold of Jumper Guys to cancel my order. Now, I'm on the hook for paying for 2 rentals with 2 companies, and still cannot get ahold of Jumper Guys for a refund. They have been one of the worst companies I have ever had to deal with.Desired Settlement: I want my account refunded, in full, ASAP. I would also like to see this company shut down for their dishonest and corrupt business practices. Their website is misleading and does not represent their company at all.

Review: I rented a jumper for my daughter's birthday party from Jumper Guys. Approx 1 hour after they set it up, my son came running in the house stating that the "jumper was on fire". Upon inspection, it was discovered that the electrical cord to the jumper's blower had started to melt and was smoking. We immediately unplugged the unit. At that time we noted that the cord had been previously repaired and taped back together. The plug and the extension cord that was used were both melted beyond repair. I immediately attempted to contact Jumper Guys. No answer on either of their telephones. I called them at least 8 times in the next hour, and I also emailed them at their business email. After no response, I sent a text message to the girl who does the scheduling. She finally responded and stated she would send a worker out "as soon as possible". Hours passed. I text her again, she stated she was "sorry" and would send someone out. NOBODY EVER CAME!!! It wasn't until that evening at 7pm when they were supposed to pick up the jumper that the guys showed up. They claimed they never received a call regarding the problem. I explained that this could have caused a fire and/or injury and that I wanted my money back. They claimed they were "only worker" and that I would have to speak to the manager regarding a refund. The next morning I called and spoke to the girl who does the scheduling and she told me she would have the manager call me. After several more phone calls, I STILL have not heard a thing!! I have called both #'s multiple times AND left text messages to please have the manager call me. NOTHING. It has been over a week and I'm furious!!!! VERY POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE!!! Not only did I not receive a quality product, but Jumper Guys failed to correct a problem that could have caused bodily injury to my child. Not only did I not receive a refund, but I NEVER even got a return call! Unacceptable.Desired Settlement: I want a refund in the amount of at least $170 for the amount of the jumper that I rented.
