Had a onsie from Jumpin Jammerz, the zip broke, that's fine it happens.
I contacted them to find out the zip size so I could replace it myself.
They wouldn't tell me but they offered to send me a replacement zip.
I thought this was great until they sent me a bill for it, it was only $5 so I just payed it. However, they never actually send me the zipper. After contacting them back via Pay Pal, which they were not exactly polite about, they offered to send another zip... which they never did.
Now I'm $5 down, with a broken onesie and no zip.
All because they wouldn't tell me their zip size...

Four days later, I noticed that the status of the order hadn't changed, so I dropped the company an email. After waiting two days for a response, I called their toll-free number only to be informed that a nondescript 'shipping delay' took place and that all orders were delayed. Being the day before Valentine's day, I didn't have much of a choice but to wait patiently for a product I ordered for Valentine's day and paid almost $60 for to arrive at least a week later than expected and promised. Their response to my frustration, a guarantee that the pajamas will be delivered by their fastest delivery option, the one I already paid for. Great job Jumpin Jammerz.

I always purchase for friends, as it is the perfect way to gift someone such a unique and fun item, who doesn't love these! I have always had a great experience ordering from their website and speaking with customer service. They are truly a pleasure to work with and not to mention the promotions they give out frequently really helps when you want to save a little bit of cash during the holidays.
