We ordered their app online and paid $5000 and they never delivered the app and dodged all of our phone calls. Do invest your money with these scammers because they are only interested in getting you signed up and getting paid, but never doing the work to insure your success after the fact.

In November 2019, I was going to buy into a Jumping Jacks Taxes. I spoke to Keith T COO for the company about becoming a partner. I went through all of the paperwork however I never gave them authorization to take money out of my checking account. Mr. T called me on November the 15th and asked me for the authorization for them to take money out of my account. At this that time I told Mr. T that I had decided not to move forward because I did not have enough funds to do other business that was required to open up the office. He said ok so you want me to cancel the transaction and I told yes...Recently I checked my checking account and noticed they had take $5000 out of my checking account. I called Mr. T and he said he would call the finance department to get my money back. The same day December 16, 2019, I received and email from Jumping Jack financial department and they told me that they were not going to issue me the remaining money that they owe me for $3.000. Mr. T assure me that it would be cancelled because he had not received my authorization to take money out of my account. I believed him so there was no reason to contact my bank tostop any transaction from going through just in case he did not follow through with our agreement. Mr. T the COO is refusing to give me the remaining balance of $3000.

I contacted Jumping Jack Tax to get information about opening a tax business. When I was contacted by the representative I told her I was not ready to pursue at this time and she said I could put a deposit down to lock in the price because the fee was about to go up. I put a deposit down and while she was putting the information in for my deposit she then said she had to put in a payment plan, as a formality, so the deposit can go through. We agreed upon $250 a month. After making a $500 deposit I was sent information on extra fee's that would have to be paid to use the software they were going to provide. I was uncomfortable with the timing of this disclosure (i.e. after money was already taken). There were also questions and concerns I had and decided to cancel about 4 business days later. After sending an email to cancel, I was contacted by the woman who signed me up and she answered some questions and asked me to think about it. Long story short, after seeing more of how the business was run I decided not to pursue. I had not yet formally sent another cancellation email but didn't think it would be a problem, however on the 22nd of November 2019 a fee of $250 came out of my bank account from Jumping Jack Tax. I did not authorize an automatic payment plan. I had now idea they kept my credit card information. Surely this is illegal. I authorized a $500 down payment but I did not authorize anything else. I contacted the company a guy said he would send me proof of my authorization but I never heard from him again. I sent a letter disputing the $250 automatic payment and letting them know to cancel me from their program and a different guy said ok but your money is non-refundable. I never authorized the $250 and consider it theft. I also asked to speak to his boss and he refused. I am sure the complaints are not getting back to the owner of the company.

I purchased JJT licensing earlier this year. I would like to state how impressed and pleased I have been with that investment! JJT management has stayed involved every step of the way and I'm excited to see where this company goes in the future!

Jumping Jacks knowing that tax starts in January but takes my monthly payment but refuse to offer entire refund because in order to obtain software the service must be paid in full but the owner promised that I can get the tax software and continue payment arrangements the owner prince donnell scammed me into purchasing or asking for a deposit instead of paying $5000 he offer $3500

I signed up for the Jumping Jax Tax Franchise I was not told there was no refunds. They would not let me take the tax course until I paid half of the money. They also didn’t tell me that having a conviction could affect me being able to do taxes. They have no customer service and I’m out $300 and I never used their franchise,App or took their tax training. All they care about is getting your money they don’t care if you can make the payments or if the business is a good fit for you.
