All the staff was pleasant, EXCEPT who I am assuming is the manager because he is ALWAYS thereHe will rudely walk his way into your conversationHe lacks customer service skillsHe needs to learn how to talk to people being that he is in an environment with children all dayBecause of him I have decided to stay awayI have given them a few different chances to redeem their self, and nope, Mr Rude is still there with his obnoxious selfPlease don't bother responding as you look stupid arguing with a customer like you did with your other reviewHave a good day

Does not provide a water fountain to their clients. Kids were running around about ready to pass out. Changed our quote once we got there. Will not go back. Terrible business ethics.
