Review: Myself and two other adults took more than fourteen children at $12 a piece for an hour to Jumpology(Glen Allen). The children jumped for 30min and someone pushed open the emergency door. Everyone had to evacuate the building until the fire department gave the ok to return the children back to jump. Well the manager [redacted] met the children at the door and stated they couldn't jump the last 30min and we could not get a refund. I debated with him because he stated I signed the waiver I explained the waiver does not mention the process of an emergency on Jumpology's behalf. Needless to say I didn't get a refund and the children lost their remaining 30minutes. The manager was very nonchalant, adamant and unapologetic. I'm requesting a refund.Desired Settlement: A refund for the four children I paid for, for one hour of jump time.

Review: Yesterday 2/18 I attempted to purchase $80 worth of thickets from the jumpology website using my debit card. It said "could not process each time". I then drove to jumpology and purchased the tickets in person and I told them the website would not process and the employee said " they were having web issues". Today I checked my account and the web debited my account 4 times for $82 and only credited it back 3 times. I called jumpology and left a message and sent an email complaint thru their website and cannot get a response from them. I can provide proof and I did it thru my online signon with them so they should be able to look it up. I also have my receipt where I paid in person. I am now wondering if I need to file a report with my bank. It was a fault with their website therefore I think it should be fixed on their part. No response is not a solution when they are at fault for taking $82 from my account.Desired Settlement: I'm only asking they take responsibility and credit my $82 back. I paid in person for my kids to jump . The got their money and took extra.
