Bad experience with this company Was charged for membership but never able to use software as it didn't recognize me as a member Sent monthly emails to company with no response until I submitted a "cancel membership" email Still not resolved

Changed billing information, but they continued to bill me with the old information

Horrible Company to deal with. I have been emailing since March to cancel my jumpstart membership and no response back. There is no one to speak with as all the voicemail boxes are full. I am still being charged and not able to get any assistance. Beware of this company!
