According to your complaint, an employee called you several times and proceeded to be inappropriate while soliciting you and your fellow employees. On behalf of the entire staff...

at JumpStart, I would like to apologize for the way that [redacted] acted towards you and your company. We, in absolutely no way, condone this sort of behavior. This is not the image we strive to uphold. At JumpStart, we discourage these behaviors and are truly sorry that this occurred. I assure you we will be discussing this internally and it won't happen again. Again, we are truly apologetic and will ensure that it will not continue.

I sincerely appreciate the response however, this happened twice and both times after [redacted] hung up on me someone else called back and was further abusive.  I can't make you fix this problem but just wanted to let you know I take it really seriously.

Review: I get calls from this company asking for someone that works with me. I'm under instructions not to pass on any information nor is it my company's policy to. I ask to take a message and the caller gets nasty, calling me names, and being abusive. They then hang up on me and other people in the firm start calling to be further abusive.Desired Settlement: I want them to never call my company or me again for any reason.
