Junction Auto Sales Reviews (2)

Mr. and Mrs. [redacted] have been in recently with their [redacted] with 136,206 miles. The ***'s vehicle came in on 05/16/17 for a transmission concern. The customer stated that it had not happened that week due to the warmer temperatures. Junction Auto's service team checked fluid... levels, checked for codes, and were unable to duplicate the concern at that time. No fault codes were found. On 05/19/2017 the ***'s vehicle returned with a check engine light and present fault codes. A new solenoid pack was installed, and the repair was completed. Following this visit the ***'s had another service center point out a sheered off bolt when they were in getting an aftermarket wheel bearing installed. This bolt was not in the vicinity of the solenoid repair Junction had done and was not in a place the Chrysler master technician had worked on. Cliff B [redacted] met personally with Mr. and Mrs. [redacted] to discuss this bolt and promised to follow up. After following up on the concern and discussing with the technician it was determined that the bolt had sheered off due to age which is a somewhat common in those 10+ year old [redacted] s. Cliff informed the ***'s that even though this was not the result of Junction's workmanship he would still, out of good will, give them a $200 credit for repairs at Junction. Shortly thereafter the ***'s came back in and met with Cliff personally to discuss a noise they were hearing when turning. Cliff heard their concerns, and had Todd C [redacted] ride with the customers to hear the concern and follow up. [redacted] called back choosing to use the credit on a repair they wanted done on the faulty bearing work done at the other service center that caused the noise when turning. This repair was done on 06/7/17. After this repair [redacted] [redacted] expressed concerns her husband shared with her that Junction had done brake work they did not ask for. Cliff personally informed her that Junction had not done any brake pad work whatsoever that they were referencing. What was done was a Hub bearing repair that shows on their repair order as "hub brake" referencing the faulty hub bearing. Cliff has met with the ***'s personally multiple times, Junction employee Todd C [redacted] has ridden with the customer personally to duplicate concerns, and good will discounts have been offered for customer satisfaction even though no wrong was done by Junction. Junction Auto has done no brake pad replacement that the customer referenced as Cliff personally told [redacted] . Any warranty they have on aftermarket parts should not be effected. The customers were not charged for brake pad work that the customer is asking for a refund of. Junction cannot offer a refund for work that was not done, and work the customer was not charged for. The ***'s have been good customers and we hope that can continue after this misunderstanding.
