Junction Bicycle sells "Flat Proofing" for bicycle tires. Unfortunately they do not honor their verbal warranty. They installed tubes with unusually long valve stems. These stems allowed air to expand the tube around the stem outside of the rim causing the stem to cut and the tires to go flat. When I asked them to fix the flats under warranty I was told the stem was cut from running the tires with low air pressure. That is not true, I have a compressor at home and never run my tires low. If you are thinking about "Flat Proofing" your tires I suggest you get a warranty clearly in writing. That is a $160 mistake I will not make again.
