I placed an order on Dec 17th. Payment went through on Dec 17th.
I have contacted their website with my complaint of my order not shipping.
Phone number on their company data site is not a working number.
I want resolution with either product or refund.
I ordered a coat from the site *** on Dec 17. I have sent numerous emails within the site inquiring about my order with no response. I have attached information that was contained within the site of owner, address, phone, and email. Both email and phone do not exist.
On December 23 while on Christmas break I received a call from my bank. They were questioning charges made, using my card in Great Britain and Italy. I disputed and my cc was closed that day. Is it a coincidence that I used my card for this purchase and fraud occurred? It made me suspicious of the site.
My order #*** - total of $53.18 plus international charge of 1.75 & 1.59 for total of $56.62.
