I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and have determined that this proposed action would not resolve my complaint.  For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.

I have never "hollered" at this gentleman. If he will remember, and I have a witness, it is he who "hollered" at me when I told him to cancel the order that he had never started a month after I ordered and asked for my money back. [redacted].   
I can show on my phone where I called Junction Leather on 3/29 at 2:32 pm. I left a message stating that I was going to be in Tifton the following week and that I would be going to the mall to see him regarding my strap. I called [redacted] at the mall office right after I called him.  I told her that I was coming and that I left a message on his phone.
My receipt does in fact says "match color if possible...." I showed him a picture and said the strap needs to be brown in color not red, he said that was no problem.
As in the note that he sent in the box with the strap, I emailed a copy to Revdex.com, he clearly states that he has had the strap the whole time,( since he spoke to me which was over a month since he never answers my calls and never returns messages left); Then why wait until I called and said I was coming did he mail it.  I have never ordered anything from a company that charged ME to ship to me.  The postman that delivered was confused when he came to my door and said he in all his years had never seen that, especially the cost he charged me. He purposely charged the most he could to ship it.  Why express mail it when he has made me wait since December??? I will tell you why, because I left a message saying that I was coming to Tifton. The note he wrote me clearly shows that this was done in a vengeful manner. 
He told [redacted] at the Mall office that I shouldn't have turned him into the Revdex.com and no one was going to tell him how to run his business. 
As the strap..... the end piece that that attaches the strap to the guitar was not a standard length. It was too short.  When it was let out as far as it could go the guitar rested high on my husband's chest, I also emailed a pic of this to the Revdex.com.  As for the "T", apparently they don't know how to align correctly.

In reference to the complaint at no time did the customer ever mention the color and the size is the same size as every other guitar strap I have made. It's strange that none of the music stores I sell to, have ever complained about the size being to short. Please keep in mind, as far as the "T"...

being off, that we are working with leather. In reference to me not speaking to the customer, I am not going to speak with anyone who is hollering and screaming at me on the phone or anywhere else for that matter. As far as the customer coming to the mall, as no time did the customer leave me a message telling me that she was going up there and that is the reason that I mailed the strap because she wanted her strap NOW. For me to pay an employee to drive to Valdosta and back it would cost more than the amount that the customer is complaining about. That is the fastest way I know to get it to her and at no time did she offer to pay the shipping. I personally don't think that you can please this woman.
