Junction Tire Service Inc

Customer was told the price of tires that would fit her vehicle was told the cheaper tires would have to be ordered and that we had the other tires on hand. Customer called back made a appointment for tires we had on hand. Only had so much cash and paid the rest with a check.
The check bounced customer didn't respond to calls and messages left. Was turned into collection company to get the funds. Not sure how the two collection companies got involved when a check bounce's a company called paycheck try's to get the funds if they are unsuccessful *** collections gets involved. We still haven't received the funds yet to this day

I am rejecting this response because:I was NEVER told the cheaper tires had to be ordered! I never "made" an appointment and was told just to bring in my vehicle and it would be worked in! When I dropped my car off I also told them to call me BEFORE the other tires were put on. I never received a call and was only told when I got there. He gave me the price and I said Why so much I thought they were $94/tire that is when I was told they weren't in stock. I have also been told by other customers of theirs this has been done to them. Regarding collections even if was sent over to a different agency the amount shouldn't be 3x what I owe  and have paid to original collection agency.
