I am rejecting this response because: [redacted]  did in fact contact you, Juneau Auto Sales and Service, and she did provide another certified mechanic's report on the failed engine that you serviced, specifically the lack of oil in the vehicle that "your" mechanic was said to have completed.  In my opinion, and this is currently being investigated by another certified mechanic, your mechanic forgot to fill the engine with 5 quarts of oil.  Instead, he simply forgot and filled the engine with one quart, let the car sit and then checked and got a false reading.When Ms. [redacted] contacted you, you and your service team still refused to accept and back up your work.  Instead you offered to sell yet another engine.  Based on how you responded and acknowledged your work ( or better phrased lack of) how could anyone still have confidence in any auto related work or service?  This complaint should remain in your files so that anyone and everyone can read this, ask questions and make their own decision whether or not to every pursue a vehicle purchase from you.  No one in Juneau or anywhere for that matter should be subjected to being scammed by your Dealership.Any business that 1) does not back their work, 2) recognize the importance of customer service and 3) value their customers is a business that will soon fall short and go under.  All I ever requested was to engage in a civil discussion and request that we (your Dealership) and me split the price of a replacement engine and we could have called this complete.  This seems like an honest and sincere way to resolve this issue.

that it was a previously owned vehicle and, therefore, was bought "as is" withno warranty.It is our mission to provide exceptional service and to always provide fair resolutions, should aproblem arise.
