Review: I ordered four shells and two skirts from Junee and received them on September [redacted]. One skirt, the "27 Sefa" was too small and immediately upon receiving it, I attempted to contact the company, because the return policy is quite strict and requires the item be received by them within 7 days of delivery in order to get a refund. I live in Colorado and due to the [redacted] that we suffered, and the delays in shipping that it caused, I was unsure whether the package would make it back to their store in time. They also require that the clothing be returned with the invoice, packing slip, and return/exchange form. I only had an invoice; no packing slip or form were sent in the package. I called them outside of their normal business hours and left a message, to which no one responded. In the ensuing weeks, I have called six times without ever getting a human being on the phone or any return calls to my messages, and have sent three emails, none of which have been responded to. In addition to this, the other skirt I purchased, the "Coby" is dry-clean only, which was not mentioned on their site. This skirt was purchased on sale and is not returnable. Unfortunately, the fact that it is dry-clean only renders it essentially unwearable for me and this should have been on the website. Not only were there issues with the skirts, but one of the shells ripped the first time I wore it. Naturally, it was un-returnable because it had been taken out of the package, however, I have already repaired it and am willing to deal with that. The poor garment quality, combined with the deplorable customer service, and the lack of disclosure on the website, has left me no choice but to seek assistance in settling this matter.Desired Settlement: I would like the first skirt called the "27 Sefa" exchanged for a different size, the second skirt (the "Coby") refunded, and my shipping costs covered.
