[Your Answer Here]Me and my daughter [redacted], who is willing to talk to someone at the Revdex.com if necessary, both disagree with Jungle Landscapings response. [redacted] told them right from the start, that we wanted a FULL YARD clean- up, including the side by the street, and the back. They came and did a half yard clean-up and charged us for the full yard clean-up $450.00. When they said they were finished, [redacted] questioned them about the remaining work. [redacted] told [redacted] to call him the next day and they would schedule a time for him to come back. Since he was paid in full, but did not complete the job the first time, I decided to call [redacted] myself, as I felt he took advantage of my daughter. I asked him when he was coming back to finish the job. He acted like he didn't know what I was talking about, and said the job was done. I dont think asking for 10-15 mins of someones time is unreasonable. I told him I was going to report him to the Revdex.com. He said "go ahead lady" and hung up. I ended up calling another landscaper who finisished the job, and did even more landscaping for $250. My daughter was by my side during this call to [redacted]. the street side, doing the hedge triming, and do not worry about the left side of the property by the street. For this work I gave her an estimate of $450.00 she agreed, I did all the work, she was happy and paid me my fee. [redacted] told me that her mother told her that she wanted the entire property clean up included the left side of the street all the way to the back end, I agreed and told her that it will have to wait a couple of days because I was doing some other work but I will give her another estimate for the new work. The following day I received a phone call from a lady representing herself to be [redacted]'s mother asking me when will I g o back and finish the work. I told her, the same thing that I was doing other work but I will be back in a couple of days and give her another estimate and if she agreed I will do the work. This woman started to yield to me saying that I already had been paid and should finish the work, that I have taken advantage of her ** year old daughter, and tht I will lose my business and then she hang up on me.

Review: Jungle Landscaping in [redacted], gave us an estimate of $450. for a full front and back spring yard clean-up, leaves, weeding, mowing, and hedge trimming. I have chronic health issues and trusted my ** year old daughter to be home when they came and to pay them. They came a day early, on Monday May **, because they had a cancellation. When they finished, my daughter inquired about things that they did not complete (weeding, leaves). They said they would come back and to call them the next day to set up a day and time when they would finish. When I saw my property, I was shocked and disappointed that there were many things not done that were agreed on and they were paid in full when the job was 1/2 completed. I feel my daughter was taken advantage of, so I called the [redacted], the next day. I asked him when they would come to finish the job. He acted like he didn't know what I was talking about. He said the job was completed. He blamed my daughter for not telling him everything (she had it all written down for him), he called my yard disgusting and accused me of not having a clean-up in years. I told him, he took advantage of my daughter and if he did not come back to finish the job I would report him to the Revdex.com. He said he would come back, but it would be in a week or two. I asked him to give me a specific day and 15-20 minutes of his time to discuss what had to be completed. He said he couldnn't, he was too busy to set a day or a time. I again, told him I would only need 15-20 minutes of his time to discuss what needed to be finished. He refused, I told him I would be contacting the Revdex.com, and he said "go ahead lady" and hung up. I would like a partial refund of $200 because I now have to hire someone else to finish the job. I'd appreciate any help looking into this.Desired Settlement: Partial refund of $200.
