Review: on thursday june 20th. I recieved a call from juniata rv telling me my camper was done, I asked them what do you mean my camper is done, they replied we caulked the top and sides of your camper. I told him I never asked them to do any work on my camper, I talked to someone either the end of march or beginning of april to fin out how much it would cost to have the roof sealed, and they told me around $300.00, I promptly told them I could not afford that and I was going to have my son do it for me, and he replied no matter who does the work please use the right caulk and not to buy it at a department store or it would crack over winter, and I said when I was ready to do it I would come and buy it from them so I would get the right stuff, he said sounds good. now thats the last time I ever talked to them about anything, now where they got the idea that I wanted them to do my camper I have no clue.Desired Settlement: I am willing to pay for all material used, in the amount of $55.82 including tax but am not willing to pay for labor or service call since I never authorized this work to be done.

Review: On March 19, we purchased a [redacted] CamperWe paid the full amount,$13,855.00, at the time of deliveryWe traded in a camper also for a trade in value of $The dealer gave us the wrong booklet for the trailWhen we arrived at home we discovered the dealer gave us the wrong keys to the camperWe contacted the dealer and he sent the correct keys only to the wrong addressWe contacted the dealer for a title so we can register the vehicle in my home state of New JerseyI can not move the trailer without tags and I can not obtain vehicle tags and registration without the titlePolice Officers in my municipality have already stopped by and inquired about the untagged trailer, warning us that it must be tagged or we would be finedWe have contacted the dealer many times only to be told that they will not send the titleWe have asked that if they will not send the title to please come by and pick up their trailer and return our moneyThey have not responded to either requestIt is now over days since we have paid for the trailer and we can not use it and stand to be fined by the municipality.Desired Settlement: Have the dealership send the title to the camper
