At the time of purchase Customer was given a day warranty for engine and transmission at the condition that it was, "As is"He accepted the contract and Junior Auto Sales verbally told him that it would not cover if it were to be run with no oil or if it were to heat upTherefore these situations only happen when the car is not run completely with no oil therefore we are left to believe that the Customer did not follow with the maintenance that the car requires; it is not our fault the engine exploded on himAt the time of the incident Junior Auto Sales did reach out to him and examined the car, the customer than was told of the problem and we did give him options of how to resolve itHe did not accept our offer and became extremely opposed and verbally disrespectful; therefore since he did not accept we return the car to his house.We understand the situation and we are willing to solve it even after our company was not treated correctly, also if he does not want to accept our offer we will get our legal team to step in and handle the situationThe option that we are willing to take for this incident is the following; for the customer to purchase all the parts needed and we will at no cost do the labor and set it up in the car.If there are any further questions you can contact us at our main office at ###-###-####Thank you for your time and we apologies for this inconvenience, we hope this matter is resolved as soon as possibleThank you,Owner: [redacted] ***

We have reviewed Mr [redacted] response and unfortunately he does not accept our offer therefore that was our only option we cannot do anything about itAt the time of purchase he test drove the car, looked at it and the condition that it was and the car was sold as is condition If there were issues as he said in previous response and quote word by word; “by a fault in the car probably the bad steering rack or timing belt both of which were bad at the time of purchase (the timing belt needs to be replaced every so often miles it had passed that amount and I had no idea and the steering rack was in awful condition having a bad one will cause a rod to blow....furthermore the motor mount being weak will cause the engine to shift causing damage this was another problem that the car had at the time of purchase” that will not be our problem because the car was sold to him “as is” and like the documents that were sent earlier with the written contract it said sold “as is” We are not responsible for anything.If you have any further questions you can reach us at our main office at ###-###-#### and we will gladly answer themThank You, [redacted] ***

Revdex.com:I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ***, and have determined that this proposed action would not resolve my complaint For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.(The reasons being very simple they want to claim I was running with no oil which is not the case I check my oil twice a week and always carry some with the car on top of that it had only been driven five miles that night and the car was not overheating I called and explained this to them and was yelled at not only in person but on the phone because they refuse to accept the problem was caused by a fault in the car probably the bad steering rack or timing belt both of which were bad at the time of purchase (the timing belt needs to be replaced every so often miles it had passed that amount and I had no idea and the steering rack was in awful condition having a bad one will cause a rod to blow....further more the motor mount being weak will cause the engine to shift causing damage this was another problem that the car had at the time of purchase all capable of causing this issue) I had the car checked by *** (from was sent in email) thank you for your time and hopefully you will be able to help me get this resolved.Regards,
