I am rejecting this response because:
When they finally came to our house, after numerous calls, *** got up on the roof and then told me there were some screws that needed sealed and retightenedI asked what he was going to do about our ceiling and wallHe tried to change the conservation, I told him he needs to turn it in to his insuranceI never told him I was happyWhen they called I did answer the phone, but I didn't hear anyone on the other end, I thought they had hung up on meI then had to leave, but my wife did text herMy roof is still having problems and still not happy

In response to *** ***, As stated before this was our third time coming out to the ***’s property to resolve any issues we could of caused*** *** **who is the owner made sure to go out the third timeIn result to this he found out that the roof was completely dry and still proceeded to applying tacky tape, and caulk in the screwsThe screws were loosened due to multiple times coming out trying to fix an issue that was not there in the first placeWe have spoken with *** on the phone multiple times and have stayed in constant communication through text messages on *** *** co-owner of Junior Construction also tried to call back after going out the third time to check in and see if everything was doing okay

Response to [redacted], We stayed in communication and went out several times to resolve this issue. We called on 1-3-18 and let them know we couldn’t make it and rescheduled for 1-4-18. We went to [redacted] house on the 4th of January to find out that there was no sign of water under the...

sheets of metal and cap, but still tacky taped and caulked in screws. We took pictures, and also spoke with our customer who seemed happy when we left. If there is water or moister inside the house, there is no relation to it being the roof. We want our customer happy, and ever did a follow up call to see if there was any water coming in and they refused to answer our call, and also hung up on us.   Thank you, [redacted] Junior Construction [redacted]

I had submitted a complaint about Junior's he is working to rectify the problem for us I wasn't sure how to get that added to what I had submitted
