**For clarity this will be three separate reviews regarding my experience with Bragg Windows and Doors**
1) Called MrBragg for a quote replacing all of my windows and one sliding door at my residenceMrBragg was at my door within minutes of the call for a measure and quote (what other company would do that?); impressed to say the leastJim was always available for questions and always professional when we interacted with himstars
2) Jim has two gentleman that do the installs and they are both extremely nice and professionalAlways on time and very politeI rarely trust strangers in my home unsupervised but felt very at ease leaving these two gentlemen to install my windows by theirselvesstars
3) My last review would be of the company that manufacture the windows, ***The company, on several occasions, missed shipping promised dates, shipped incomplete orders, shipped products that were defective, shipped a back door panel with installation screws that were too long causing the glass to shatter upon installation twice and were overall a messThe windows are great and I haven't had a single issue with them since completed installationWe were initially looking at a 2-week order to install but because of all of the issues with the manufacture order to install took closer to 13-weeks a I believeStars
Would I have preferred a faster service with less headaches, yes!
Would I choose Bragg Windows and Doors again, yes!
I absolutely loved feeling like an important customerJim and his crew constantly kept me in the loop and apologized for the delaysThey were always on time for appointments and Jim never blew off any questions or concerns we hadAfter it was all said and done we are happy customers and have amazing productI will report back if any quality issues arise but to date, the windows are wonderful
**quick example, my daughters window was reading F on infrared thermometer when taken outNew window hasn't read above 80F since install**
this place offers terrible service and all the people that works there frank and both sergios are lazy and only want to take advantages of the situation and want as much as they can get from you pocketI took my vehicle there to get repairI was promise all parts where going to be replace with new parts and that was a liethey were use parts and they were not install correctlythey should not be providing businessI do not recommend this place to anyone
