Junior's Cheesecake

I have bought cakes from Junior's before.I bought two cakes ,red velvet and the devil's food cake.Ice completely melted.

I ordered a Brownie cheesecake for my Mom for her birthday, and a white chocolate raspberry cheesecake for my boyfriend for Fathers day. Of course compliments to UPS both orders were delivered late, they looked as if they had been dropped, and were just totally unacceptable. I spent $130.00 on two cheesecakes that ended up in the trash because when they got here there was no dry ice and they were hot and melted. This is supposed to be the white chocolate raspberry...I've submitted a complaint I just hope that department is better than the delivery...

They made me pay for "Expedite Delivery" when they use GROUND services, for a delivery that was supposed to take 1 day is now 1 week, I only kept the order cause my friend love the cake honestly don't know why, and when I asked for refund for the shipping that was never completed on time, they refused to give it back!. Hope I never have to order anything from them EVER AGAIN!

On December 15th I ordered a Christmas cheese cake online from juniors website and my card was promptly charged 45 dollars for a Christmas cheese cake and 15 dollars delivery charge total of 60 dollars. The delivery was set for December 23rd however the website said that the order could arrive one day early or one day late depending on delivery availability. One day before would have been yesterday Dec 22 and it did not arrive so I just called today Dec 23rd to find out the status of the order and if its on schedule to arrive today or tomorrow Dec 24th. After giving the operator my order number and being on a 15 minute hold the operator "Jelani" informed me that my order with many other orders was never processed and that I would not be getting my order for Christmas at all. if I hadn't called to find out when the order was coming I would have never known! All he offered was to give me a half refund BUT they could not get the cheese cake to me for another week AND the Christmas decorated cheese cake I ordered is no longer available that I would have to order something else. when I asked him if they have another cake that is similar to the Christmas one I ordered he said "i don't know". I said I was very disappointed and to forget it and please give me a full refund. I ran right out to my neighborhood bakery and got my Christmas cheese cake, not juniors but its fine and at least we have it. This is no way of doing business! if you cant handle the volume of business juniors then don't take peoples orders! You have tarnished your reputation with me and from what I read with the other reviews your reputation seems to be already in the tank. Get your act together! Happy Holidays to all!
