Review: I put 30% down up front on a tankless water heater installation. The unit was poorly mounted to the wall and lots of collateral damage caused to the wall. The installer called for an inspection, and the inspection failed. I was then never able to have the plumber finish the work. When later trying to have a seperate company intall the heater, it was determined that juniors plumbing had broken the fitting on the bottom of the heater, which was most likely the reason they never returned.Desired Settlement: I would like the cost of the permit and the value of the broken fitting refunded to me.

Thank you for working with me on my Complaint [redacted]. I am very pleased with the result, [redacted] has refunded everything I had request and I am satisfied with his efforts to make this right. It is unfortunate that I had to use Revdex.com as a means to resolve the issue, but [redacted] had moved from the Richmond area and that is why it was so difficult for me to contact him directly about my issue with his technician's installation job. Again, he has more than satisfied my refund request and I thank him for that. Please close my complaint out with this highest regard possible.
