CONSTANT EMAILS FROM [redacted] ON MY [redacted] despite having unsubscribed 45 times[redacted] keep bombarding me on average 4 times a week with their electrician gas engineer renewables and welding courses despite the fact that 1) AM 66 YEARS OLD 2) I HAVE UNSUBSCRIBED 45 TIMES AND THE UNSUBSCRIBE LINK SAYS ALLOW 3-4 DAYS FOR YOU TO BE UNSUBSCRIBED THEY STILL SEND EMAILS TO MY EMAIL ADDRESS [redacted] 3) THE EMAILS ALSO STATE COURSES NOT AVAILABLE IN SCOTLAND WHICH IS WHERE I LIVE!4) JUNIPER MARKETING LLC IS AT THE FOOT OF A REPLY I GOT TO A SIGN UP I DID AS IT STATES A TRAINER WILL PHONE ME WITH FURTHER DETAILS AND THOUGHT THIS MIGHT BE A WAY OF STOPPING THESE EMAILSTHE ONLY EMAIL ADDRESS I FOUND THE EMAIL ADDRESS GOT BOUNCED BACK AS A MAILER DAMEON THEREBY WASTING 10 MINUTES OF MY TIME!PLEASE ENSURE THAT MY PERSONAL DETAILS AND BOTH EMAIL ADDRESSES ARE DELETED WITH IMMEDIATE EFFECT IF HOWEVER AFTER A PHONE CALL FROM THIS COMPANY THEY CONTINUE TO DO SO THEN I WILL BE CONTACTING MY SOLICITOR TO ASK HIM TO SEND THEIR MANAGING DIRECTOR A LETTER ORDERING HIM TO ENSURE MY DETAILS ARE DELETEDDesired SettlementFOR [redacted] TO STOP SENDING ME EMAILS ABOUT [redacted] COURSES AM NOT INTERESTED IN DUE TO BEING RETIRED AND EVEN IF I WAS OF WORKING AGE I WOULDNT BE INTERESTED ANYWAY ESPECIALLY AS THE COURSES ARENT AVAIILABLE IN SCOTLAND(WHICH DISCRIMINATES SCOTTISH PEOPLE YOU DO REALISE THAT DONT YOU?) AND ALSO IF I WAS UNEMPLOYED I WOULDNT HAVE HAD ANY FLAMING MONEY TO PAY [redacted] £35 PER WEEK FOR THESE FLAMING COURSESPLEASE ENSURE THE MANAGING DIRECTOR OF [redacted] IS NOTIFIED ABOUT THIS COMPLAINT IF HOWEVER [redacted] PHONE ME ABOUT COURSES I WILL OF COURSE INFORM THE CALLER THAT AM 66 HAVE SEVERE ARTHRITIS AND LIVE IN SCOTLAND WHERE THE COURSES ARENT AVAILABLE ANYWAY SO WHY KEEP BOMBARDING ME WITH THESE EMAILS AND DESPITE HAVING UNSUBSCRIBED AND BLOCKED THEIR EMAIL ADDRESS THE EMAILS CONTINUEAM SURE DELETING MY DETAILS IS A BETTER ALTERNATIVE TO GETTING A LETTER DROPPING ONTO THE DESK OF THE MANAGING DIRECTOR OF [redacted] AND ALSO ENSURING YOUR UNSUBSCRIBE LINK ACTUALLY WORKS INSTEAD OF BEING A NONE WORKING LINK WHICH GIVES THE APPEARANCE OF WORKING WHEN IN ACTUAL FACT IT DOESNTBusiness Response [redacted],Please accept our sincere apologies for the inconvenience caused by our advertisement.Your email [redacted] is now removed from all our networks. You will no longer receive any emails from us.Sincerely,Juniper Marketing L.L.C.Final Consumer Response (The consumer indicated he/she DID NOT accept the response from the business.)despite your claim that I have been removed from your database and that I wont get any further emails about [redacted] can you explain why I have had not one but eight emails about [redacted] in my spam box from your company all dated within the past two daysthankfully none have gone into my spam box today can you explain then why if as you say my details have been deleted that these emails were sent to mewhat annoys me the most is that it clearly states not available in scotland yet you have sent these emails to someone living in scotland as I do not believe that you dont know where in the country I live it also seems strange that courses to train in these trades is not available in scotland(not that am interested) but surely this discriminates against scottish people who may want to train for these tradesFinal Business Response [redacted],Please accept our sincere apologies again for the inconvenience caused by our advertisement.We had technical issue with geographical targeting system due to database glitch in November, email list management was malfunctioning, promotional emails were sent out to wrong lists. We have addressed this issue.There were still residual emails that were scheduled and sent out.
