Hello. On Friday, January **, I called your office and was given a quote. It was stated that [redacted] of Miami would contact me to arrange pickup of the vehicle. They called and I requested same-day pickup.
The [redacted] informed me he would call me back in 15 minutes. He never did and after an hour I called back. He told me they couldn't pick up until Monday, 3 days later and I agreed for an 8AM pickup. He said they could do it at 7:30 to 7:45 and I agreed.
No driver ever showed up on Monday. I called at 8:30 AM and got a [redacted] who told me they "lines switch at 9AM" and he said he would contact the other [redacted] and call me back. No one ever called.
I called after another hour and was hung up on after I gave my name. I called repeatedly, as we were leaving town that day and needed the car picked up, and no one would answer the phone. ... I STRONGLY advise you to stop contracting your work to [redacted].
I will be filing Revdex.com and social media complaints against you and [redacted]. Worst service ever!"

Avoid this place at all costs. (Unless you have weeks to kill.)
Before I even told them about the car, I told them that my BIG issue was getting the car picked up ASAP. They assured me that what they say on the web site is true (they will pick up the car in 24 hours or possibly less.
I gave them the info on the car and they made an offer. They said they would have someone call me back in under an hour. They would try to get someone out today, but most likely it would be early tomorrow.
The hour came and went and they did not call me back. I called them back and they gave me a pickup date a week in the future. This is unacceptable. They simply say "fast pickup", "24 hours or less" then they schedule a pickup whenever it suits them. If you need to get rid of a car quickly, don't even waste time talking to these people. NOTE: They do business under many names. I kept getting routed to the same web page. After a while I got to know the number ###-###-####. In fact, that is the web page you go to if you click the name listed here with a different phone number.

Review: We sold our Dodge Ram pickup to junkacars in Oct2015 after an accident and we had to provide them a notaized power of attorney which we did and confirmed they recieved just before the holidays and we were told a check would be mailed right out. We have called serval times and we are always told sorry they weren't sure why nor could they provide a reason for lack of payment, we were told a check would be overnighted to us three different occassions last one due today and has still not arrived. They have my truck I suffered a total loss and this money was the only compensation I was due for my truck and I do NOT understand why Junk a Car has not complied with the agreement?Desired Settlement: I expect total payment pf $500. ASAP
