Review: I purchases a Sony play station 4 back on December 2014, same day of purchase I went online and I purchase an extended warranty protection play from [redacted], I was charge for a 3 year contract but never receive and copy of the contract. I made multiple calls to the customer service ###-###-####, and also send multiple emails asking about my contract which I was told I was going to get. for the past 3+ months I keep getting the same answer that they were having problems with their IT department and even last month they ask me to send pics of the products which I did. but I still don't have a copy of my contract.

all I want is a copy of my 3 year contract which also includes accidental protection plan. I dont think is that hard to do since its been almost 4 months,Desired Settlement: All I want is a copy of my 3 year warranty.
