Review: I was seeking to auto parts: A power window switch and a power window motor for my Nissan Altima 2007. The man at the front desk, a man calling himself Rich, told me that they had the parts and that it would be delivered the next day but that I needed to pay in advance. I chose to believe him and paid $130 for both auto parts. I called the next day on Wednesday, Sept 9, and he stated that the merchandise hadn't arrived, but that he would call me when it did. I wait the entire day without receiving a call. The next morning, Thursday, I call again and Rich tells me that due to a 'backlog', the shipment was delayed, but that it will arrive today and that I'd receive a call. I wait until approximately 3pm without receiving any call. So I call Rich again and he claims that he forgot to unload my auto parts from the truck and that it's now in New Jersey. He says it will be in Friday at 1pm the latest and that he would me when it arrives. I call Friday afternoon at 2pm, because once again, Rich had not called. He tells me that a sudden downpour caused a delay and that his drivers canceled their deliveries yesterday. He twigs me the auto parts will be in 3:30pm and that he will call me when they arrive. At 3:30 I call Rich and he tells me that the truck hasn't arrived and that let's hope it arrives before he closes at 6:30 and, of course, I will receive a call. No call received.The parts finally arrive on the following Monday; except the window switch doesn't work. Rich replaces it with another that also doesn't work. When I return to the shop again Rich is at the desk and his first words are, "[redacted]" I tell him that I demand a refund, which he and the others at the shop refuse to give. They tell me to talk to their boss 'Tommy' the following day at 1pm. Naturally by this point I stop trying to converse with these people as it's becoming heated and pointless. I want my $65 refunded to me. I'm not interested in 'store credit' since I know what I get will about the same trash.Desired Settlement: I want a refund of $65. Half the original invoice. The Power window switch is defective and I'm not interested in any further exchanges. It would be the third one and I have no confidence that they will deliver a working part. I'm also tired of paying the body shop I go to to install and then remove the switch. I think this is a crummy way to treat a former Reservist in the Marine Corps. They have no respect or professionalism, especially Rich.

Review: On Monday August **, 2015 I went to this business to purchase an engine for my vehicle in which I paid $1200 for the item and I was told I would receive the item the Tuesday the following day. I did not receive the item until Friday August **, 2015 after calling them everyday in regards to the item and was lied to everyday stating the item will come the following day. After receiving the item and then installing the item I came across that the engine was defective. I went back on Tuesday September *, 2015 to inform them of the defective item and was told I was going to receive another engine. It is now Wednesday September *, 2015 and I have called everyday and stop by requesting a refund even tho they do not issue a refund I still requested one since it is now going on 3 weeks without a functional engine. The business takes your money, does not offer any refund and then takes there slow time finding your item and me as a consumer that has matters to take care of now has to wait without any definite time of when I will receive my item after paying it in full. Horrible Business.

Review: Purchased a transmission Oct *, 2015, they gave me the wrong transmission. When I notified them they told me they would delivery the correct transmission the next business day. It's been a week and I have not received the correct transmission or money back. They kept the wrong transmission that was originally given to me and I have yet to see a refund from them. All I received were racist slurs from them.Desired Settlement: I want my refund back.

Review: I called this establishment for a part. I was told it was in stock and they close at 5:30pm. I traveled from afar and reached there @5pm. I was then told that they in fact did not have the part their but needed to remove it from a vehicle. I told them how far I traveled and what I was told over the phone. One of the men named Richie stated that he would meet me and drop the part off for me the next day. I paid $100 for the item in advanced and thanked him. I called the next day and was told he will meet me later that evening. I confirmed my cell number to be reached. I did not get a call that evening. I called the next day and he said he couldn't make it. So I asked about the part, he then proceeded to tell me that they could not get the part from their [redacted] yard to this [redacted] yard. So this back and forth went on for a week. During this time, he said he would refund me, then he said he's getting the part, then he said I can't get a refund but store credit. I went back to the shop to pick up my part they said finally came in. But of course they brought out a totally different part. I asked for a refund they said come back Friday to pick it up. I called Richie again just as I have been calling him everyday since I paid for this item. They tell me they have no money, the money is placed in a box and the boss is not here. This has been quite an ordeal. Just to get back your own money for n item they stated they have but now admit they do not.Desired Settlement: A full refund and apology for all the time and money wasted traveling back and forth to their place of business knowing they could not produce or back up their promises.
