I can't believe that there are so many 5-star reviews after the experience I hadI called and set up an appointment for Hector and his crew to come out and clear out a two-flat apartment to which they said was no problem for themI liked the fact that they were veterans and felt that, based on what we were told, this was a stacompanyTurns out it's more like a stocompanyWe scheduled the clean out for 9amI told Hector that I was traveling about mins to meet him at the propertyI told him I would help point out what needed to be done if they had any questions and would be ready to pay them in full on the spotI stressed that I was taking the time off of work and was making a significant drive to meet them thereWell, 9am sharp and no one was thereI called and got no answerI ended up sitting there for over an hour, calling every mins to find out if anyone was comingAfter wasting over 2-1/hours of my day, as a business owner myself with precious time to not be wasting, I decided to cut my losses, head back to the office and look for someone who wouldn't let me downLife happens, and that's understandable, but communication is key and had someone just let me know that they weren't going to make it, had to reschedule or were just running late I wouldn't feel the way I do nowI was hoping to support a veteran organization, but they ended up being M.I.A
