I am rejecting this response because:I agree that I was satisfied with the initial job and it was done quickly and efficiently (and she was paid in the same manner) until a few days later when everything started yellowing? I was told that she used a new type of poly because the hardware store was out of the one she normally uses? There were several reschedules for the "fix" job? The reasons for the reschedules/delayed arrivals included the following (all of which I have screen shots of the conversations for proof): broken dryer waiting for the repairman, refinancing her house and got held up at the bank, school function that she wasn't aware of, son has strep, step-son might have broken his hand and finally - her husband wants to take her Christmas shopping so she can't come? She did end up coming that day for about an hour with her husband? Every time she came to fix the issues she was rushed so she could leave and do something else? I was understanding throughout all of this; not only of the delays but the issue itself and told her that repeatedly? I allowed her to take my doors for her convenience but the time commitment she made wasn't met? She did come and put a primer on the bottom half of my cabinets which created a strange pebbled texture (that's the texture I mentioned initially) but should couldn't primer the top half because she said the smell was too much for her to stay and finish even though myself and my baby were in the home and I was unaware that she was going to be using a primer that was that strong until the day of? At this point I was beyond upset ? and I asked for my doors back even though I wasn't sure they were finished for fear that they wouldn't be returned? I felt trapped into making that decision? The delivery of the doors was done in the dark (at night) and I was bathing my children so I couldn't come out to inspect them upon arrival? My husband unloaded them and said they were crammed into the trunk of a car all of them but he pulled them out and leaned them against our garage quickly so that her son wouldn't have to wait around but he then immediately brought them into our house and laid them on our playroom floor? At first glance they looked find but I honestly thought they were just primed and unfinished as they were completely matte and not glossy like I asked for and like the initial paint job the one that turned yellow so I didn't think to bring it up? A week went by and I didn't hear anything from her so I reached out to find out if she intended to finish the job or refund our money - I did not reach out to complain about the doors initially - again, all of this can be proven in saved messages? She mentioned the doors were finished and she just needed to come paint the bases which would take a day? This was when I questioned her on the doors and brought up the scuff marks? After a lot of back and forth where she told me that I should be thankful that she did what she did and that she didn't give me what she thought was a sub par product like her "colleagues" told her she should I WAS very offended that she would insinuate that my husband scratched our cabinet doors? I ended the conversation, left my recollection of the events as a review on her Facebook page and I was promptly blocked and she reported the review to Facebook? I have attached a couple pictures of the "finished" doors? There are visible brush marks and uneven finishes and bumpy textures - VERY far from "perfect" as she claims? It was a completely inadequate job in my eyes the customer completely unfinished and not at all what I thought I was paying for.?

I am rejecting this response because:i have no desire to continue arguing with this businessI never said I wanted matte cabinets? They are in my kitchen I asked for a solid white cabinet nothing distressed or matteIF I had said I wanted matte then I probably would have complained about the glossy finish on the initial job, which I didn't, so her statement has no validity to it? My purpose of this complaint is to have it on record since I've been blocked from leaving an honest review on FacebookAs displayed in these message, she clearly has no intentions of resolving this or making this right?
