ON 10/21/A CUSTOMER BY THE NAME OF GONZALO CAME IN AND NEEDED A F2WD AT, DRIVE-SHAFT CUSTOMER LEFT A $DEPOSIT TO ORDER IN THE DRIVE-SHAFT SPECIAL ORDER ITEMS ARE NON-REFUNDABLEI DID LET CUSTOMER NOW BEFORE TAKING THE DEPOSIT I HAVE SIGNS IN THE STORE THAT CLEARLY STATES THAT SPECIAL ITEMS ARE NON-REFUNDABLE IN ORDER FOR ME TO ORDER THE CORRECT ONE I TOLD CUSTOMER TO CALL ME BACK WITH VIN NUMBER TO ORDER THE CORRECT PART FOR HIM HE SAID HE WOULD AND DIDN'T CALL ME BACK TILL DAYS LATER REMEMBER THREE DAYS HAVE ALREADY PASSED I RAN IT AND THE VIN# HE GAVE ME WAS INCORRECT CALLED HIM BACK AND NEXT DAY CALLED ME WITH BACK WITH THE CORRECT VINAND AGAIN IT WASN'T THE CORRECT ONE I BELIEVE HE WAS WORKING OUT OF TOWN AND SOMEONE IN SAN ANTONIO WAS GIVING IT TO HIM AND STILL NOT CORRECT I STILL HAD A WRONG VIN# AND I ORDERED PART WITH THE INFORMATION HE HAD ALREADY GIVEN ME NOT ONCE BUT TWICE I ORDERED FROM DIFFERENT SALVAGE YARDS AND TWO DIFFERENT STATES IT TAKES TIME FOR SHIPPING COMING AND GOING ALSO TAKING THINGS INTO CONSIDERATION I PAY FOR THESE PARTS AND SHIPPING NOT ONCE BUT TWICEALSO OUR RECEIPT CLEARLY STATES SPECIAL ORDERS ARE NON REFUNDABLE AND ALSO SIGNS IN OUR STOREI WILL REFUND CUSTOMER AS SOON AS THIS COMPLAINT CLOSES I DID TELL HIM THAT I WILL REFUND HIM AFTER WE SETTLED THIS COMPLAINT.AS PER PUTTING LINES ON HOLDTHAT'S AN DAY TO DAY BASIS LINES GET PUT ON HOLD AND ANSWERED AS I FINISH WITH ONE CUSTOMER I GO TO THE NEXT ONE ON HOLD AT TIMES I MIGHT LAST OR MINUTES WITH A CUSTOMER DEPENDING WHAT THEY NEED AND SOMETIMES THEY NEED MORE THAT TWO OR THREE ITEMS AND THE CALL MIGHT LAST A LITTLE LONGER THAN USUAL I TRY AND ANSWER ALL MY CUSTOMERS ON A TIMELY MANNER AS BEST AS I CANI WILL SEND A COPY OF INVOICE AS WELL IN A ATTACHMENT

Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because:To Whom It May Concern;We can go back and forth all day long but I believe the point here is that I want my refund! She may have mentioned to me in person to call with VIN# but she never called me, not onceThe receipt given to me yes does say special order but it clearly says no refunds, if canceledWhich we never did! The part was never orderedI understand parts getting shipped domestically should take about 2-weeks and yet gave you a month! Never once did she mentioned that the part was ordered or it was on its wayIf that was the case we would not be in this situationShe wants this case close yet she could have closed it the day, 11/20, [redacted] went for his refund and she stated, " You are not getting your refund because your daughter is trying to close my shop and now there is an open investigation with the Revdex.com." She could have easily said here is your refund and gone with her day and the case could of already been closedThere is nothing for us to do on our end other than wait for you refund back! This back and forth is absurdThere was another gentleman who he too was also having trouble with this company for the same reasons, never got his part and was given the run around with his refund, and he finally already got his refund on 11/As for the hold again its going to be back and forthIf you want me to upload pics of me being on hold for 45minutes I can but that is relevant to the situation that needs to be clearedNot sure what the hold up is about not giving me my $refund on an order that was never ordered nor cancelledHer excuse then was the gentleman in charge was not in to open the office to access the checks so not sure what the excuse is now Regards, [redacted]

6-26-we bought a motor for $for my daughter Jeep .Our mechanic friend that we have had working on our cars for about years , went and picked it up installed it and it was no goodHe returned it for another motor and that also was no good He returned it for another motor and that on was no good motors with defaultsMeanwhile on 7-6-we purchased another motor for my car, a PT Cruiser, as we were unaware of the Jeeps defective motor at that time.Now my car had defective motor installed by our mechanic and the Junk Yard Dogs have sent it away to a shop named APEX where they have installed other defective motors .this shop has had my vechicle for and 1/months and whenever I call Junk Yard Dogs , they say it should be done by tomorrow or by noon or they cant get in touch with APEX or they are going over there and they will call me and on and onMy daughters car is at our mechanics home and he has to make numerous trips back and forth for the Jeeps motorsWe have had to buy a car as my husband who is disabled and also a senior citizen, who worked over years of his life, has been in the hospital and rehab this year and my daughter has had surgery so we have gone in debt over $for different cars this is on top of the $for the defective motorsand lots of money for new oil for each motor change and air filters, gas, mechanics work, etcranging in the hundreds of dollarsThis company has really screwed us big time and refused to give our money back This has been going on since June !!! months without our cars.This is wrong for a business to do to a customer who put faith in them to sell us motors and to fix our carsThis is bad business practices I and my husband have never ever been treated this way in all of our livesWe are out of over $10,and still our cars are broken because of this company.I will never recommend this company to anyone

customer states that they proceeded with the refund but the credit has not been received for the amount into his card. the employees that were working here are no longer here.  if the customer has his paper work and receipt of the the credit back to his account please have him...

bring all the receipt of credit and I will take care of it.  sorry for the inconvenience and this is the first that I hear about it.  if customer paid with credit card please bring me that receipt that was credited so I can see what the problem is. we do not have a problem with that, I just want some kind of documentation so I can call credit company and see what the hold up is.. thank you[redacted]manager
