I purchased ONE sponge from this company on November 14thIt has now been days and my order still has not shipped! I’ve tried messaging them and emailing and I’ve gotren no helpI finally commented on a post of theirs on Instagram saying I will report them to the Revdex.com and that is when they messaged me back saying they will issue a refundIt’s been daysI have seen nothing

I purchased an item from this company, a bundle of makeup sponges, for the advertised total price of $($+ shipping)I received only a partial order that contained individual sponge (value of $6) rather than the bundleOn 8/17/18, I sent Juno & Co customer service an email indicating the issueOn 8/20/18, they responded and indicated the missing items would be shipped to me within the next few days and I would receive an email with the tracking infoI didn’t receive anything furtherOn 9/5/18, I emailed them again and received no responseOn 9/14/18, I emailed them againStill no responseThis company seems to be a huge scam company that is unresponsive to issues and complaints and acting as a 3rd party retailer from ChinaI want a refund at this point

I made an order over weeks ago, and I like many others have not heard anything about when my order will shipI and many others have reached out to them to get down to the bottom of it without answerThey continually promote their product and ignore people wondering where their orders areReally seems suspicious and shady on their end to pay influencers to promote a product that seemingly wont come to consumers

I ordered almost weeks ago and I still haven’t received it! I e-mailed them a couple of times, but they never responded
