When the three men came to my house they initially quoted me 160$ for my full sized *** disassembled bed frame and 3 large black trash bags of 160$ I said well what about the rest of my stuff I.e empty boxes minus one big screen tv box that had other trash in it. One guy started saying all these other numbers and doing math in cubic feet confusing me. I was like what? He said numbers between 160-200-250 I said no way. I'm not paying 200$ and he's like how much were you wanting to pay and I had said 99$-150$ like I had seen on the website (I had seen somewhere on that website a price range of most jobs being 99$-150$ somewhere on there) and they were like ok. So I walk away to let them in my garage and one of the other men said we are going to takenall your boxes...I was like ok... confused on what he had meant because of all the numbers the other man had just spewed out at me. It was pouring rain andnmy daughter and I start handing them things and they were done in less than maybe 10 mins, the one guy hands me the *** and the total said 243$. I was shocked. And it was like they were trying to keep me preoccupied with other things by talking about how tired they were how hungry and what they were going to eat and how I was their last stop. I was so mad at the cost but I didn't even know what to say or how to even go about it because I was so caught off guard and upset and had told them I did not and could not pay 200$ and then they charge me 243$ and for a job that I've now been told a regular trash company would do as a 'bulk pickup? if informed ahead of time. I have now been given the runaround for 3 weeks by their customer service and told I should've had them unload it and told them to leave instead of paying it. Been lied to about getting a call back several different times and not once been talked to like they actually care about the lack of misconduct on their company.

Sorry we have not meet your expectations. We do strive for complete customer satisfaction on every job.
The prices that you describe and not prices that offer on any job type. Our prices are in form of volume such as ¼, ½, ¾, etc.
We also provide customer upfront pricing before we start any job, meaning if you don’t like the price we will simply drive away.
I have attempted a callback on several occasions to offer you a $50 gift card for future use, however was unable to reach you.
NOTES FROM ACCOUT:
OPS Tyler has spoken with this client twice and the client's story has changed multiple times. I have emailed the client and she keeps saying we have pricing online, even though she sent us a "review" page which suggests our pricing is a certain way. She threatened Revdex.com,

Client called OPS Tyler on 5/22 -- will be offering a gift card once they connect.
Attachments added, 1 Materials picked up on site.

2 What she sent to us with an understanding of what customer believed pricing was based on. NOT MATERIAL PUBLISHED BY 1-800-GOT-JUNK?

The very first message to them was my customer service survey they attached to my receipt and I do not have access to it otherwise most everything I have should Be on there. I stopped sending emails because they were ignoring me. I also have not called them again since you have been communicating with me in hopes I will be able to get somewhere with the help from the Revdex.com since they were not going to do anything except deny any wrong doing or do anything to make it right. Now the picture of the pricing I sent was not what I saw when I made my appt. after I had told them on my first email about that, I was not able to find what I had originally seen prior to making my appt with them. Thank you for your help.

..thanks for your time and advice today; as we discussed, we provided our service to Ms. per the pricing for our services which is based on the amount of space the items take up in our truck. Ms. accepted that the services were performed properly at the time of the service, per our invoice system; She paid for the service at that time and did not request to speak to a manager prior to paying. We have had several people follow up with Ms. subsequent to her raising an issue, including from our customer service department as well as our local office. t In addition, one of the attachments Ms. sent to you as "proof" of our pricing, is from a website that is NOT ours and the pricing information listed is incorrect. I have attached that attachment (originally sent to you by Ms.) for you. We followed our procedures properly, and it would have been easy for Ms. to cancel the service when she was told the price, as there is no commitment or cost at all for having us out to take a look at the items and provide an estimate. I am sorry that she didn't see the value in our service after the fact. Thanks.Cliff

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID, and have determined that this does not resolve my complaint. For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.

I sent the emails and nobody has sent me anything back or called me back and spoke to me to correct this issue or this would not be going on almost two months later. I sent my follow up review as soon as they left, requesting to speak to a manager. They are not being truthful at all. My emails show me asking to speak to a manager over and over. As you can see their customer service is very poor because who wants to argue with someone instead of just making something correct. Because if this was just made right this would not even be an issue, trust me if I didn’t feel I was wrongly charged I would not even be dealing with this kind of treatment. What kind of company argues with people, ignores them and not credit them back when they’re in the wrong? I have never in my life dealt with a company that treats a customer so poorly and over money that they indeed overcharged.

I scheduled an appointment for 1pm and no one came. Then they called and said it would be 2:45. I called at 2:30 and was told it would be 4:30. I called and 4:30 and was told it would be 6:15. Finally, I requested the manager call me. He called and asked if his guys were ther yet??......?? Then I asked him not to come since he could not keep any appointment times and wasted my day off afternoon waiting.

Upon seeing *** input on what happened, I called and spoke to ***. I appreciated his candor. The team that had ***s job on it was very busy and it pushed their ability to get to *** until much later in the day. One of our four quality focus areas is On Time Service and we clearly missed his expected time. With that said, we have an awesome service and usually hit our customer times---I want *** to experience that with us, and he still has more items that need to be removed--probably in the January time frame, so I told *** that we will be sending him a gift certificate for a free full truck of our service and I told him that I would love to have him experience our service as most customers do. He said that he would accept the gift certificate and use it, and we look forward to providing our service to *** and his wife in the future!
