After my husband had cleaned the comforter again, he called the customer so she could pick up the itemShe said that her husband would come and pick up the comforter, but he didn't come that dayOn Saturday, November 14th, the customer came with her husband and I gave her the comforterShe looked at the comforter and folded it with her husbandHer husband took the comforter, rolled it in his arms, and leftThe customer took the cover for the comforter and left
Regarding the complaint report that the customer sent in, there were several errors in what she saidI never said anything about *** cleaning", and do not remember saying anything like thatThe customer said in the report that she does not believe we did the cleanup at the location, but the truth is that we do clean at the location, not *** Furthermore, I did not say anything about her having to pay extra for her pantsIt says clearly on the ticket that she already paid in advance, so it is obvious that I would not ask her to pay moreThe customer also said that she asked for the pricing list, but this is falseShe simply took the list without asking and started to look at it while I was making the callIf she had asked for it, I would have gladly given shown it to her, but she grabbed the list and started taking pictures of it on her phone, which was why I took it back and put it under the counter
