On 03/13/Ms * brought her 300ZX with 284,miles to Carolina NissanHer complaint was "C/S CLUTCH IS SLIPPING ANOTHER SHOP HAS STATED IT IS POSSIBLY THE SLAVE CYLINDERC/S SLAVE CYLINDER HAS BEEN BEEN REPLACED SHOP STILL SAID
POSSIBILITY OF SLAVE CYLINDER CUST ALSO HAS HAD NEW CLUTCH INSTALLED AND STILL FEELS LIKE IT IS SLIPPING." This is where the disagreement beganMs * feels we damaged the ECM and should pay for itWe feel that problems like this are the risk of owning and older vehicle in overall poor condition and are the responsibility of the vehicle ownerAfter several conversations we remained at an impasseI finally told Ms * on 05/21/to just return the car we had provided her to drive at no charge on 05/18/and have her car towed elsewhere by the end of the day on 05/22/and I would waive the $plus tax she currently owed for repairsShe returned my car and had hers towed awayI feel we owed her nothing and still owe her nothing and anything she feels she deserves was more than compensated for when I waived the $plus tax she owed us
