My air conditioner was not working on a Saturday I called Jupiter - Tequesta A/C and [redacted] came to our house about an hour and a half after we called the company He was professional, explained what he was doing, and had the problem diagnosed and fixed in no time It was a very pleasant experience I would recommend using Juipter -Tequesta A/C for all of your air conditioning needs

I bought a Maytag AC/Heating unit from Jupiter Tequesta Air Conditioning and HeatingAll maintenance workers that have come to inspect or maintain the system have been courteous, professional, and willing to answer questionsThe Maytag unit is warranted for years

Jupiter-Tequesta AC and Heating is an excellent company They are very quick to respond to our needs for AC, Plumbing and Electrical issues (which we have had many in the past few months) The phone operators are very courteous and helpful The service technicians have ALL been very polite, knowledgeable and ON TIME --- if not earlyWe've never had such immediate results as we have had with this company

Our A/C went out and JT A/C responded immediately to assess the problem and order a part that was needed They kept in contact with us on the progress Carlos was our field tech and he was outstanding with a great work ethic...very dedicated and professional with a nice manner Unfortunately the part (motor) that was sent did not work or was not programed Carlos spent all evening putting it in and then trouble shooting when the motor failed to operate He explained every thing and was very apologetic They ordered another motor which they received the next day..again keeping in contact with us in regards to ETA Carlos came back and did the install He explained everything and gave us tips to maintain the performance of our A/C

JUPITER TEQUESTA HAS BEEN SERVICING MY AC UNDER A MAINTENANCE CONTRACT FOR THE LAST YEARSTHEIR SERVICE TECH (CARLOS, I THINK) HAS PERFORMED ALL OF THE CALLS HE IS VERY TECHNICALLY COMPETENT AND EFFICIENT HE ALSO HAS A VERY GOOD PERSONALITY AND ATTITUDE FOR PERFORMING HIS JOB

Was having an issue with the plug for the water heater in a condo I was trying to sell The walk-thru the day before closing revealed the issue Called JT Plumbing and Electric and they had someone there later that same day They hard-wired it to current code and closing went through Yay This was the second time I've used them and have been pleased by their willingness to respond quickly and inform me of even a minor change in the service call window I will continue to call them

Extremely happy with Jupiter Tequesta Air (and plumbing) they just installed two a/c handlers and condensers and we recently had a new faucet and garbage disposal installed All employees were polite, professional and knowledgeable Very please with the work they did Will stay with this company for all a/c and plumbing needs in the future and will recommend to others!
