The Jurassic Tour was an absolute rip off. The dinosaurs they had there were broken and taped with duct tape. No baby dinosaur handlers. No baby dinosaur rides. We’re a military family and try to go to things in our community but this was so sub par. Pretty disappointing.

Terrible quality for price. Not at all as advertised.

Yesterday I drove my son up to Lynden, Washington from Seattle..yuup! close to the Canadian border to see Jurrasic Tour to see 50+ dinosaurs and rides. because he loves dinosaurs and Godzilla...it was a beautiful day to drive with my top down. Upon our arrival at the fair grounds we saw families leaving with no smiles on thier face, but I just figured they were exhausted from all the fun. We arrived at the ticket booth, I shelled out $51.00 for the both of us $28 for him and 23 for me , we get our hand stamped and walked straight into major disappointment and let down. 20 or so plastic animated dinosaurs..some missing parts, my son noticed that the Indomonis Rex had incorrect claws,...the movie theater was 5 aluminum chairs with a pull down screen, the artifacts dig was sand over large molded stamp of a dinosaur skeleton, the Virtual dino cost 2 tickets extra...which was $5 a ticket..the dinoride was like a car/horse ride outside of a grocery store..the bouncy houses were lame according to my son...I asked for a refund and the assistant manager was smug and said there was nothing I could do...oh yah??..I stood in front of the ticket booth and took over $500 dollars away from them..by telling other unsuspecting parents that the place was a scam and ripoff before I was threatened by the said same lame smug lad that the police would be called if I didn't leave the premises!!!

The entire Display was deteriorating. Most of the dinosaurs were breaking down in obvious ways such as missing limbs, wires sticking out and ripped materials around eyes and other areas. Many of them did not animate. The "ride on dinosaurs" barely rocked and the one that actually moved across the floor was missing a hind foot and went such a short distance that it wasn't worth the "ride". The second building that held the bounce houses and the fossil dig sites was crammed and those attractions were also deteriorating. The "fossils" were broken in several areas with exposed ripped fabric material where bones were supposed to be. The bounce house my daughter entered was ripped in many places making her uncomfortable playing in it and when she came out, she was covered in some wet substance. In addition, there were not enough staff members to sufficiently run this attraction.

I have attempted to contact the organization both through FB and their Website: http://www.jurassictour.com/
I have received no answer.

We paid $100 for my family of 4 to see animatronic dinosaurs that were falling apart, in front of poorly hung backdrops. The "dino theater" that was advertised was a complete joke with a sheet hung on the wall and a tiny projector. Then on top of the $100 I already spent, I was expected to pay another $5 per ticket so that my two children could participate in any of the kids activities! I don't think I have ever been more disappointed in a show or event than I was yesterday. It was nothing like it had been advertised. I feel taken advantage of and ripped off. We saw everything there was to see within 10-15 minutes of walking in. We will never be returning to another Jurassic Tour. It was NOT worth $100!

Jurassic Tours came to Monroe, WA fairgrounds this past weekend and ripped off every person there. Everyone who sent a review (everyone) gave it 1 start and that was pushing it. We paid 25. each for a show that did not have most of what was offered. Their website advertises face painting, interaction with dinosaurs, educating with an employee and the kids,50 plus dinosaurs that are realistic, there were less than 20, trainers letting kids pet the baby dinosaurs, this was non existent, walking dinosaurs roaming around, there were none, a dinosaur music bank, they didn't work! When we left, after a short visit of 20 minutes we asked the young man at the door where the roaming dinosaur was he told us they were understaffed and didn't have anyone to fill those positions! The company knew ahead of time that they didn't get the people they needed. They had ads looking for volunteers up until the day of the event. In exchange for volunteering, they would be paid 125.00 at Puyallup and 150.00 for Monroe plus 4 tickets for their family to get into the event the last day. Neither city had enough people. They need to be stopped before they rip off more families. It isn't fair to have gorgeous graphics on their website and then have plastic and rubber displays with tears in them. There were signs everywhere saying hands off and fences to keep the kids away from the dinosaurs. I could go on an on but would ask that you simply go to Facebook and look at the comments on Jurassic Tours Reviews! They should have at least reduced the fee to reflect the show, we would have been paying about 7.00.

The company falsley advertised their dinosaur show. I paid $80 for 30 minutes of mediocre dinosaur entertainmnet. Many of the things listed on the website were not there. There were no "baby dinosaurs and walking dinosaurs". The website claimed "muesum quality with hands on experiences. I assumed this meant he could touch the dinosaurs but you couldnt. Many of the dinosaurs were broken, twitching, or body parta had fallen off. The website also didn't many it clear how many things you had to pay more for. There was no facepainting. The ads were vwey misleading. My email and phone calls are not being returned as are many other people who contacted them. I was at the Puyallup WA event on 4/9.

The advertising for the Jurassic tour showed that there was a lot more to do there. And that there were dinosaurs over 50 of them. Also said there were dinosaurs rides. It was said kids are more cost since it included the activities that were there. When we arrived it was not what it said, we felt that we were miss leaded since there wasn’t 50 dinosaurs and we had to pay extra for the dinosaurs rides which it did not state that anywhere. On the commercial that they said would be there wasn’t there. We were there for 30 minuets for 90 dollars. It was a waste of time and a waste of money since there was nothing there like they said would be. I want our money back because I felt that we got ripped off. This event is the one that was at Washington state fair grounds in puyallup wa

JURASSIC TOUR..GLENDALE..RIPOFF....BUYER BEWARE This was absolutely ridiculous.....there was nothing enjoyable about this....took family to it today my husband and I and daughter, grandson and son in law 108.00 for 20 minutes of absolute nothing I asked for our money back and was directed to a gentleman who already had people lined up complaining wanting their money back she was a single mom 4 kids and he stated she couldn't get her money back that she had to email for it I called the telephone number and spoke with a Steve who claims hr doesnt have a boss and only way to try to get money back was to email...This company Jurassic Tour is a rip off they are literally stealing the hardworking peoples money, who only want to please their children and have family time...Only to be disappointed.....and have to see the disappointment in their childrens face because not only is it not interactive you also have to pay extra for everything including face painting 1 ticket 5 bucks and it takes 2 tickets to get face painted...Buyer beware do not believe the commericals tgis is an absolute joke I want my money back. I WILL BLAST THIS EVERYWHERE IN HOPES OF STOPPING PEOPLE FROM WASTING THEIR MONEY TAKE YOUR CHILDREN TO THE ZOO FOR 4.00 MORE THE HAVE DINOSAURS WAY MORE INTERACTIVE I want my money back

Words cannot describe the utter disatisfaction and disappointment that is this attraction. Our group payed 200+ dollars for maybe 45 minutes of awe struck disappointment.

When we first walked the first area was the animatronics that half were broken or not even turned on and took not even 10 minutes to walk through. The second area was a couple jump houses and and some sorry excuse for "rides" that we had to fork out even more money for. The dino ATV rides were nothing more that toy electric jeeps you would find at walmart or target and of course that cost extra too. The dinosaur rides were nothing but sitting on the back of a dinosaur while its head moved back and fourth and of course even more money for just that. The dino band was broken and the sensor was smashed to pieces and the dinosours looked like they were having a seizure when they moved. It was so bad there were customers leaving waving off cars to people coming in to try and save there money.

After numerous attempts to contact the company I received no emails back and was blocked from the company Facebook page.

Avoid this business. The Jurassic Tour was materially not as described or advertised. The exhibit did not actually have the baby dinosaurs listed on their website, there were no trainers providing education, there were only about twenty dinosaurs present, many of the lights and effects were broken, and the customer was required to pay an upcharge for virtual reality and interacting with the walking dinos that were supposed to be included in the experience. The "volunteer" employees were disinterested and disengaged. The entire experience was completely unsatisfactory. I requested a refund at the venue and was told to email the company. I emailed and called, and received no response.

This business is misleading and has changed named in order to rip off thousand of people by promoting their show. The show is a joke, short, and doesn’t live up to all the hype. They do not give refunds and charge you additional charges once your in in order to participate in other activities.

Sir or Mam what you offer is a scam and you know it is a scam this is why you purposely delete reviews on ***, you also don’t offer refunds and once you get families in you charge them with extra fees for jumpy house, and face painting etc. your whole attraction was over in less then 5 minutes. You guys should refund all the Monet you cheated customers out of.

Jurassic Tours travels from convention center in different cities, the address provided was on their website which if you google it is a residence in a small town. These guys offer volunteers workers in exchange for tickets. They have changed names more than once these guys are dirty! Can you please help?
