I went in for dental work thinking they were a good dentist. has all my teeth removed per there recommendation and received dentures. the dentures I received did not fit and till this day they don't fit. have gone to over 10 times to there office to have fixed, shaved and formed and still don't fit. The dentist is very unprofessional. she (dentist) at my last appointment decided to not see me and throw the dentures at me as Im sitting in the dental chair.
Came in on 06/13/2018 patient presented advanced periodontal disease advice to do immediate full upper and lower denture. Patient very apprehensive started treatment (extraction/ alginate impression upper/lower) then patient did not return for six months then one day he came back to finish treatment. At this time we continued extraction of tooth #22 it was very difficult to extracted at this time I referred him to see the oral surgeon but patient did not want to get tooth extracted kept postponing treatment and rescheduling, Finally trying to help patient we did endodontic treatment #22left the root for over denture. patient wants everything re done fast kept complaining and not understanding immediate denture needs a lot of adjustment and reline, we tried to work with patient making new denture beside his other denture with no charge but he kept complaining it was taking too long to finish.
